Administrator determinates how, for which purpose and means of prossesing personal data.

What data the administrator processes

The administrator handles personal data about users and customers.

Primarily, we process personal data you provide to yourself when registering or creating your order on Dogcomfort. The data include in particular, the name, surname, home address, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number and payment details. If you want, you can add more details to the order note.

The administrator does not collect or otherwise process any sensitive personal data including, for example, data about your state of health, religion or belief.

The purposes of data processing data

In order to fulfill your order, we use your name, surname, contact details (e-mail, telephone), billing information for the legal reason for the agreement between the administrator and the customer. Data processing in this case includes all activities from order registration, processing, including payment and delivery of ordered goods. If the data is not provided, the administrator can not handle your order.

Who has access to data

Pesonal data are strictly used by administrator based on relevant law.

All persons, if any, have access to personal data are bound to confidentiality and this obligation persists even after their cooperation with the administrator is over, or it is the fulfillment of the statutory duty of the entities in connection with the control of the content of the e-mail based on compliance of law.

Administrator hand over personal data to other subject delivery company – Czech post,s.p. (state enterprise) and to delivery company Packeta/Zásilkovna (and to delivery partners of Zásilkovna), only for the purpose of delivery goods in extent of performace of contract.

How long do we process the data?

The administrator works with personal data to perform the contract for the entire duration of the order, including payment and delivery of the goods.
By law, the trustee subsequently stores some of the data contained in the accounting documents.
Further processing of personal data beyond the above deadlines shall be carried out by the controller only if it is necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the legislation applicable to the controller.

What are your rights

  • In connection with the processing of personal data, you can contact the administrator and request:

  • Information on the personal data the administrator manages about the purpose and nature of the processing of personal data.

  • General information on the processing of personal data is contained in these rules.

  • Access to the data you have provided to the administrator, whether during registration or creating an order. If this right is exercised, the administrator will confirm whether and what specific personal information is being processed and, if applicable, you will be able to access these data along with information about their processing.

  • Correction of personal data, if inaccurate or incomplete. Only in case of up-to-date information, the administrator can properly handle your order.

  • Explanation and removal of a malfunction (for example, blocking, repairing, supplementing or deleting personal information) if you believe that the controller processes personal data contrary to the protection of your personal and private life or in contravention of legal regulations.

  • The deletion of personal data (the right to be forgotten) or their limited processing, if they are no longer needed for the purposes mentioned, or if the administrator has no legitimate reason to process personal data, including cases where you do not agree to further processing. In compliance with these conditions, the administrator will wholly or partially eliminate your data.

  • Transferring automated processed personal data obtained from your consent from an administrator to another entity where the administrator will pass on your personal information in a commonly used format to you or another administrator as you wish. They can also

  • Oppose the processing of personal data in the case of sending business messages or evaluating buying preferences, on the basis of which the controller will immediately cease processing of personal data for these purposes.

  • In addition to this, you always have the opportunity to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of a breach of duties by the administrator.


The administrator takes care of the security of your data.
The handling of personal data is in full compliance with applicable law, including the General Privacy Policy (GDPR).

All personal data in electronic form is stored and backed up in such a way that only those persons who need to dispose of the personal data directly for the purposes specified in these rules have access only to the extent necessary. Access to these personal data is password protected.
